Monday night football

In the pouring rain, the Gloucester High School varsity football team fell to the Warwick Warriors, 56-7, Monday night at home. The game was originally scheduled for Friday night, but postponed because of severe weather. Above, Corey Skay runs with the ball tucked close to him. Below, Scott Klaiss runs with the ball. Gloucester’s only score came in the second quarter, when QB Tyler Hawkey hit Brad Bellinger for a 5-yard TD pass, and Corey Skay converted the PAT kick.
