Master Naturalist Karen Williams led a “Monarch Habitat and Fall Migration” workshop on Saturday at Dug In Farms, White Stone. Williams discussed the Monarch butterfly’s life cycle, and its remarkable fall migratory journey to Mexico. Dug In Farms will host additional workshops this fall, including “Foodscaping” this Saturday, where owner Carolyn Quinn will explain how to incorporate edible plants into an ornamental landscape.
