Bethany United Methodist Church, Gloucester Point, celebrated Mission Day on Sunday by awarding $14,000 in proceeds from its 2022 Bethany Bazaar to 24 deserving organizations serving the Gloucester community and beyond. Representatives in attendance spoke briefly about their organizations and the services they provide. A luncheon honoring the recipient organizations was held after the Celebration of Giving during the 11 a.m. service.
