Stephanie Mise Peters of Gloucester, announces the engagement of her daughter, Sissi Lee Mise, to James Smith, son of John R. and Pamela Smith of Gloucester.
Sissi graduated from Gloucester High School and Rappahannock Community College. She is retired from the Gloucester County Public Library.
James also graduated from Gloucester High School. He works for Lowe’s in Gloucester.
A wedding is planned for October 2025.
