Owners Bryan Enriquez and Marilyn Bradford held a grand opening for their new café, Milk Panda, on Saturday, April 20, which is located at Gloucester Point in the York River Crossing Shopping Center.
The cafe offers pastries, ice cream, milk tea, and blended drinks to its customers and it has become increasingly popular in the area since its opening. One of their popular desserts is Halo-Halo, which is a Filipino dish that translates to Mix Mix in English.
Both Enriquez and Bradford have been in the restaurant business for many years and they are excited and relieved about Milk Panda’s opening.
“I am very happy and it’s exciting,” said Bradford.
“I feel relieved that the stress is out of the way,” said Enriquez. “I am excited that something new in this area and I like meeting all of the new people that come in here. Everyone that comes in here is friendly.”
They plan to open other locations in the future.
