A graveside service for Mildred W. “Millie” Hall, 71, of Hayes, will be held at 3 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 7, 2014, at Gloucester Point Cemetery. She died July 29, 2014.

She and her late husband, “Humpty,” managed the Kayo (then Jet, Conoco, and Crown) gas station at Hayes for 35 years.

She was preceded in death by her parents, James and Doris C. West; sister, Mary R. Williams; husband, Edward H. Hall Jr., and son, Brad Hall.

Survivors include her son, James “Jay” Hall, and sister, Joyce Belvin.

Family and friends are asked to assemble at the cemetery. The service will be conducted by the Rev. Bill West.

Arrangements are by Hogg Funeral Home and Crematory, Gloucester Point.
