Middle Peninsula Insurance moved earlier this month from the Abingdon Square Shopping Center in Hayes to The Heritage House, just off Martin Street in Gloucester Court House. Company president Joe Harrow said the move highlights the group’s commitment to the residents of Gloucester.
"We’re excited about this move because it puts us in the heart of Gloucester," Harrow said. "We’re very committed to Gloucester and all of our employees live, work and play in Gloucester."
The Gloucester branch employs three people, he said, and there are 18 employees company-wide, with offices also in Williamsburg and Deltaville.
Harrow said the agency was founded in 1908. It offers all kinds of personal lines of insurance, business lines of insurance, all types of bonds, health insurance, and life insurance, as well as financial planning and investments.
