Middle Peninsula AARP TaxAide offers help in preparing returns

The Middle Peninsula AARP TaxAide group will be starting its tax services for 2023 federal and Virginia tax preparation the first week of February at the Gloucester Library (Mawin Street Center location), Mathews Memorial Library, Bethany United Methodist Church at Gloucester Point and the Cryer Center in Locust Hill.
Taxes at all sites will be done by appointment only. No appointments will be made by phone at Gloucester, Mathews or Bethany.
The Gloucester Library will take appointments for the following days:
Mondays from 10:30 a.m. – 4 p.m., Feb. 5, 12, 26 (Library is closed Feb. 19), March 4, 11, 18, 25, April 1, 8, 15;Fridays from 10:30 a.m. – 4 p.m., March 8, 22, 29, April 12;Saturdays from 10:30 a.m. – 1 p.m., Feb. 10, 24, March 2, 9, 16, 23, 30, April 13.
