Mathews High School’s students of the month for November are eighth grader Isabella Newcomb, freshman Marley Brock, sophomore Adam Greve, junior Ellie Congrove and, not pictured, senior Liberti Carter. Students are chosen from nominations by a committee of faculty members who evaluate academic standing, attendance, completing work on time, and character. At the end of the school year, a student of the year is named at each grade level, chosen from the monthly winners.
