Mathews High School will hold an orientation for students and parents at 7 p.m. Tuesday in the school’s Harry M. Ward Auditorium. MHS principal David Malechek will welcome parents and students to the new school year, and provide information about new school policies and changes in scheduling.
At 7:30 p.m., an orientation will be held just for the senior class. The senior orientation will also include mini-workshops on the following topics: college planning, financial assistance/scholarships and the eligibility process to compete in the NCAA.
Children return to school in Gloucester and Mathews on Sept. 7.
