The commencement exercises of the Mathews High School will be held in the Red Men’s Hall on Friday night, May 20, beginning at 8 p.m. An attractive program has been prepared. A charge of 25¢ to adults and 15¢ to children will be made.
We are going out of the buggy business and have on hand 1 surrey and 9 top buggies. We will sell these goods very cheap to close.

The Spring Festival will be held on the Agricultural Fair Grounds, Friday, May 21. No admission fee, plenty of games and fun. Refreshments sold for benefit of high schools. Come, lend your sympathy and cooperation to the Fair Association’s interest in the young people of Gloucester. Come with flags floating and colors flying, and make our county highways fairly ring with the spirit of the day. Watch for program.
