The club’s first summer event is the Mathews Micro Tri Series—a micro triathlon ideal for not only beginners, but also experienced competitors wanting to practice their transitions between activities. The series consists of a 0.2-mile open water swim, an eight-mile bike ride and a two-mile run. The triathlons will take place on June 5, July 10, July 31 and Aug. 21 at Williams Wharf. The cost is $22 to participate.
