The Mathews Marathon, Half-Marathon, and Marathon Relay sponsored by the Mathews Outdoor Club, will be held Saturday, starting and finishing at the Put-In Creek Pavilion behind Mathews Court Green.
Start time is 7 a.m. and anticipated closing time is 1 p.m. The marathon route takes runners to three of the county’s beaches, and the half will take them to one beach. Volunteers will be posted every 2.5 to 3 miles with water and assistance, the club said.
Registration for the races has closed.
