Masons honor past masters

Achilles Lodge No. 281, AF&AM, held a celebration on Oct. 10, honoring all of its past masters. Leaders of that lodge, starting as early as 1903, were recognized for their contributions by a flower placed on the altar (white flowers for deceased past masters, and red flowers for living past masters). Achilles Masonic Lodge has had 94 lodge masters since 1903. Eighteen of these were in attendance for the celebration. Those pictured here, ranging from the 1969 master R.
