Achilles Lodge No. 281, AF&AM, has received the Stokes Award from the Grand Lodge of Virginia for their financial gifts in 2022. This is an award given to Masonic lodges that have proven to be leaders in their charitable financial support/donations to the Masonic Home of Virginia, a retirement home in Richmond with the mission “to enhance the retirement life of Virginia Masons and their families.” This is one of the charities that the Achilles Lodge works to support. The award was presented on April 12 by District Officer Wayne Jones (center).
