A funeral for Malvin C. Johnson Jr. of Gloucester, will be held at 11 a.m. Friday in Smithfield Baptist Church, Gloucester. He died Friday, May 27, 2011.

Survivors include daughters, Beverly Hodges and Sherry Wilhite; sister, Floretta J. Johnson, and grandchildren.

Burial with military rites will follow in the church cemetery. He will lie in state from 10 a.m. until service time.
