Ryan Homes held a ribbon-cutting ceremony and open house for Magnolia, a new housing community in West Point, on Friday at 330 Pointers Drive. These single-family homes include two-car garages, three to six bedrooms, two and a half or more bathrooms, open-concept designs, modern finishes and flexible spacing. One-level and two-level houses are available and the community is within walking distance of West Point Public Schools.
