Mabel Harper Roach, born Dec. 29, 1913, of Lynchburg, passed away Friday, Jan. 9, 2015, at Guggenheimer Rehab Facility, Lynchburg.

She was preceded in death by three husbands and three sons.

She is survived by three grandchildren, including Eddie Smith of Gloucester; eight great-grandchildren, and 13 great-great-grandchildren.

A graveside service will be held at 11 a.m. Friday at Fort Hill Memorial Cemetery, Lynchburg.
