Lucy Ann Koll, beloved wife of Paul F. Koll, died on Monday, September 30, 2024. Lucy was born in Brooklyn, New York, to the late Frank and Catherine Oddo Russo. A Gloucester County resident since 1987. She worked as a teacher and teacher’s aide for James River Elementary School, Williamsburg. Lucy was a fantastic cook, especially Italian, a nature lover who enjoyed feeding the wildlife, and an active member of LightHouse Church, where she faithfully served on the greeter, prayer, and Executive Leadership teams. Her parents; brother, Joseph Russo; and sister-in-law, Anne Koll Satriano, preceded her in death. In addition to her husband, Lucy is survived by her children, Paul J. Koll, Edward Koll, and Gina Marie Koll; grandchildren, Andrew Koll, Paul F. Koll, Joseph Koll, Brian Koll, Haley F. Koll, Joshua Koll, Gary Koll; great-grandchildren, Jasmine Koll, Damien Koll, Catherine Ann Koll; sister, Francine Russo, and sister-in-law, Nancy Skinner. A celebration of life service will be held at LightHouse Church at a later date.
