Low Water Bridge Band to play at Flat Iron

Low Water Bridge Band will perform at 6:30 p.m. on Saturday, March 11, at Flat Iron Crossroads in Gloucester. Doors open at 5:30 p.m. with food from Short Lane Eats and beverages from Flat Iron’s bar available.
Forged by firelight picking, Low Water Bridge Band’s romping, stomping, country-grass Americana “ain’t for the faint of heart,” said a press release. Since its founding in 2020, the band has barnstormed from the Shenandoah Valley to festival stages all along the East Coast.
Guitarist and lead singer Logan Moore’s searing melodies lead the group, said the release, backed by “the precision thump” of brothers Alex and Riley Kerns on bass and drums. The brothers also provide vocal harmonies to fill out the sound, as Justin Carver’s steel and banjo “swirl through songs like smoke from a campfire.”
It’s all brought together with “the crunch and crackle of James ‘Chainsaw’ Montgomery’s electric guitar riffs,” said the release.
