Linda Carole Curfman Waddles, 74, of Gloucester County, entered her heavenly home on November 14, 2023. She was born on March 1, 1949 in Hardin, Kentucky, to the late Clarence and Edna Curfman. She was a graduate of Ferguson High School, Class of 1967. Linda was a homemaker who loved her family; she was a member of Providence Baptist Church and enjoyed assisting with crafts in Vacation Bible School. She is survived by her husband of 55 years, Jackie Waddles; son, Brian Keith Waddles (Heather), and daughter, Jill Waddles Ward (Mark); six grandchildren, Noah, Trenton, Jackson, Elaina, Emily, and Andrew; three sisters, Judy Mears (Donald), Gayle Astle (Chris), Cathy Hunter (Alan), and a brother, Eddie Curfman (Edie). The family received friends at Providence Baptist Church, 3501 Providence Road, Hayes, Va. 23072, on Monday, November 20, 2023, from 10-10:45 a.m., followed by an 11 o’clock service. The inurnment followed in the church cemetery. The family would like to give a Big Thank You to Riverside Walter Reed Hospice.
