Letter: You were complicit

Editor, Gazette-Journal:
Dear Magas: You were complicit when the Access Hollywood tapes were made public (you know the one when he said “locker room talk” …) and when Trump lied about releasing his tax returns.
In case you didn’t know, Trump paid $750 in federal income taxes in 2016 and 2017 and zero from 2000-2015. That should enrage the average American who, on an income of $78,365, paid over $9,300.
You were complicit when he called John McCain a loser for getting captured while defending us (I voted for McCain). His rich father aided him in avoiding serving our country because of “bone spurs.” You were complicit when he publicly mocked a handicapped reporter.
You turned the other way when he said Nazis were “very fine people” and when he separated migrant refugee children from their families. You are complicit when Trump stands with Putin over our own American intelligence. Remember when he said that COVID would just “magically disappear” on its own and that perhaps injecting ourse...
