Gloucester County needs an honest, straightforward supervisor committed to working with both county stakeholders—residents and local businesses—and our board of supervisors toward: 1.) improving county services, reputation and regulations; 2.) facilitating improved private sector services and employment opportunities in our county; and, 3.) improving county financial management.
Mike Winebarger, a Gloucester resident for 40 years and local small business owner for 34 years, has worked with and knows our county and its challenges. Local government organizations need to manage their domain much like private sector businesses based on county cost of operations/investment and value of county performance to stakeholders.
