Letter: What constitutional authority?

Editor, Gazette-Journal:
In his letter (“A response,” June 15 Readers Write), Randy Burak did not include a prior incident with Dianne Jones following another school board meeting where I witnessed Burak stop Jones outside, where later she said he verbally assaulted her religious identity.
Other pro equity school board members behave similarly to intimidate the people. Ms. Jones does not yell into the mic. She is a professionally trained public speaker and adeptly, like Superintendent Clemmons, overcomes the inadequate microphone rendering 90 percent of speeches unintelligible, Burak’s and other school board members included, hampering transparency.
Where in the Constitution does a trustee/servant get authority to abrogate freedom of religion or speech of the people from whom they derive very limited governing power?
