Someone you can trust. Anyone who had attended the Oct. 3rd, Mid-Pen League of Voters and Gloucester Chamber of Commerce sponsored Board of Supervisors’ forum would agree that Katie Thompson, the woman running for the Ware District position, outperformed the seven men on stage. To put it bluntly, Katie "kicked their butts!" She answered every question intelligently, factually, and knowledgeably, never once hemming or hawing or using "political speak" in her responses. It was obvious to all that Katie Thompson knows Ware district and Gloucester County’s problems and will work hard to solve them. If elected, she will vote to restore lump-sum funding to the schools, support business growth in the Route 17 corridor, and expand utilities in the county. If you want someone on the Board of Supervisors you can trust to actually and always represent your interests and concerns, vote for Katie Thompson on Nov. 8.
