Letter: The Glorious Fourth, Part II

Editor, Gazette-Journal:
On the Fourth of July, the celebration of our beloved United States, most of us went on picnics and watched the fireworks.
I had a glorious time celebrating, talking with my brother Ray and my cousin Matthew. Ray and I caught up on some things and talked about how great God is in our lives.
Later I watched Beetlejuice and listed to my neighbors doing their fireworks. Matthew called and we caught up because we hadn’t talked for nearly three months due to him being busy with work.
I thank God for that glorious day. I pray that everyone had such a blessed Fourth of July, even though it was hot outside.
