Letter: Saulman for school board

Gloucester County has the opportunity to elect an experienced and dedicated citizen for the Gloucester School Board’s at-large seat.
Cindy Saulman was a Gloucester County deputy for 38 years. For 29 of those years, she served as the DARE officer in every elementary and middle school in Gloucester County. Teaching the DARE program over 29 years to literally thousands of GCPS students and working with every administrator has given Cindy the experience and knowledge that is desperately needed on our school board. Cindy knows our schools inside and out. She understands how to engage and connect with our students and also understands the challenges our educators face.
Cindy taught DARE in my fifth grade classroom for 12 years and in the three schools in which I was an administrator for 17 years.
