Thomas Jefferson stated that judicial tyranny made the Constitution “a thing of wax.” This warning seems particularly relevant today as leftist judges attempt to turn President Donald Trump into a president in name only.
There are many examples of individual judges hamstringing the administration:
—Ordering men pretending to be women sent to a women’s prison.
—Prohibiting the DOGE team from auditing the Treasury Department.
—Blocking the deportation of foreign students engaged in anti-American activities.
Most attention has been given to the case of a federal district judge ordering Trump to return approximately 200 gang members to the U.S. Because the planes carrying the prisoners were already outside American territory, they continued to an El Salvadorian prison. However, additional deportation flights were ordered to stop.
Given the judicial overreach, several questions come to mind:
