Editor, Gazette-Journal:

When Senator Ralph Northam treats patients at the Children’s Hospital of The King’s Daughters, he does not ask their political persuasion. He provides the best possible care and treatment for each child. He brings the same attitude and work ethic to the General Assembly.

Senator Northam works across party lines and has gotten proven results for the constituents of the 6th District. He has sponsored laws to protect the Chesapeake Bay and to preserve funding for our children’s health and education. I know that he will continue to serve the folks of Mathews by doing what is in the best interest of the citizens, rather than simply voting along party lines.

That is why I’m voting for him in the General Assembly election on Nov. 8.
