With the approaching election, we have many choices to make. I ask that you vote for Deanna Harris for the position of Treasurer of Mathews. She has presented herself and her qualifications in a clear and concise manner during the many community forums. Her academic background with a degree in accounting and current position as Accounting Technician for Mathews County has given her the knowledge and strengths needed to fulfill the many duties of Treasurer.

I have only heard positive comments regarding her work ethic and abilities in her current position. She has well established herself as a dedicated employee for Mathews for over five years.

Deanna has always quietly set goals and diligently worked towards successful completion of them. Growing up in our county, she knows the needs and economics of a small town and its people.
