It was with great joy I learned from a letter written by Peggy Bowditch in last week’s paper that Harley, a longgggggggggg-time resident of GMMAS, had found a wonderful new home. I met Harley a couple of times when I went with my son to walk the dogs. You couldn’t help but notice him with one eye missing and not "wearing" a very pretty coat. He was always so happy to go for his stroll and seemed to have such good spirit. I had said many times to my son that I wish I was able to give him a home. Many thanks to the person, wherever you are, that gave Harley another chance and made me happy too!
