Wow! What a night at the February 2024 8th Annual Mathews Rotary Club’s Chili Cook-Off! Nearly 500 people, great chili and a true team effort by all five of the “competing” organizations! This annual winter event is one of the most community-oriented in Mathews County.
We are currently soliciting Competing Organizations for the 9th Annual Chili Cook-Off on Saturday, February 8, 2025 (Super Bowl Saturday), 4:30-7 p.m. at the Piankatank Ruritan Club. We are hoping to have an All-Star line-up of groups who only have helping others as their total mission. Keeping with that mission, all of the net funds raised go back in some form to help the Mathews community.
Please help our great citizens by becoming a competitor in this wonderful community event. It’s requested that your response to participate be received no later than September 30, 2024 and should you have questions please do not hesitate to ask.
