The new VDH regulations effective Dec. 7 of this year are going to cause land values to plummet and bankrupt the County of Mathews. Ruth Litschewski is not using "scare tactics." She is extremely well informed on the issues and deserves to be elected to the Board of Supervisors, along with Patrick Beattie and Haskins Ramos.
