Editor, Gazette-Journal:

I want to thank Cathy Camechis, Senior Customer Service Representative for the County of Gloucester. She sent me a letter informing me that my water usage for last month was substantially higher than my average usage. She informed me that my meter had been inspected and that there was no indication of a leak.

This was very unexpected. Sad to say, I am not used to getting exceptional customer service. She had no way of knowing that we had filled our son’s swimming pool and that is the reason for the big jump in our water usage.

Thank you, Ms. Camechis, I appreciate your concern.
