Editor, Gazette-Journal:
We are adding our voices to Nancy James’s (Reader’s Write, May 12). The court green in Mathews is for all of the citizens. It should stay public county property and not be conveyed to any private person or entity. The Mathews Board of Supervisors has many other matters that require diligent thought, problem solving, and good stewardship of our taxes.
