Letter: Concerns and suggestions

I am writing to express my heartfelt concerns about the current state of the Gloucester school system and to offer some suggestions to the new superintendent that I believe could lead to significant improvements.
Firstly, I want to express my gratitude for the recent appointment of a new superintendent. It is my sincere hope that this fresh leadership will bring positive changes and a more inclusive approach to decision-making.

During the COVID-19 situation, I observed significant challenges in the Gloucester school system. Students and parents felt that the school was unprepared for the sudden shift to remote learning, leading to serious academic setbacks for many children. Communication with the school was often difficult, with phones going unanswered and a lack of preparedness for online instruction.
