On behalf of the Mathews County Democratic Committee, I want to express our deep appreciation for the exceptional service provided to the citizens of Mathews by our Voter Registrar and our Electoral Board.
Even as voting has become more complex with early voting and same day registration, without fail, we have fair voting processes. The counting of our votes is accurate and timely. All voters in Mathews can be confident that their ballots are secret and reported in a confidential manner.
What’s more, voting in Mathews is easy and efficient. Early voting in person is a breeze. Mail-in ballots are sent out upon request and are handled with great care upon return. Voting on Election Day goes smoothly and voters are treated with respect and good cheer by all the election officials.
We hope that all Mathews citizens will join us in thanking Carla Faulkner and her team for a job well done.
