Letter: A Sunday afternoon to remember

Editor, Gazette-Journal:
I wanted to take a moment to add a short PS to Mary Ann Carr’s thoughtful letter of appreciation for Sunday’s Organ Concert at Kingston Parish, expressing my own word of thanks to the following people who were instrumental in Sunday’s concert…
—Kingston Parish parishioner Ray Stubblebine, who had the original inspiration for Sunday’s event, and produced the beautiful written program for it. Ray also oversaw the installation of the church’s two organs in the Kingston Chapel and Historic Church two years ago.
—Christ Church/Kingston Parish’s Rector, the Rev. Gary Barker, for making available the Chapel’s beautiful worship space for our Concert (and who even sang in the Choir!).
—Nelda Gibbs and Diane Bing, representing Mathews Meals On Wheels, and hosting the bountiful reception which followed the program.
