A Celebration of Life for LCDR Bernard Wesley Diggs Jr. of Virginia Beach, will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 3, at Hollomon-Brown–Great Neck Chapel, Virginia Beach. He died on Monday, Nov. 14, 2022.
Burial will follow at Princess Anne Memorial Park Cemetery, Virginia Beach.
