Lawrence to address NARFE group on Tuesday

Local historian and author Bill Lawrence will give a talk at next week’s monthly luncheon meeting of Chapter 1757 of the National Active and Retired Federal Employees.
The NARFE chapter will meet at 11:30 a.m. Tuesday, May 16, at Olivia’s in the Village, Gloucester. Lawrence, who is also a volunteer at the Gloucester Museum of History, will present the program, including a visit to the nearby museum after lunch.
Chapter members are encouraged to attend and visitors are always welcome. Birthday cupcakes will be served to all at this meeting.
