A funeral service for Laurenia Turpin Dabney of Gloucester, will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, April, 11 in the First United Baptist Church, Gloucester. She died April 6, 2015.

She was a native of Gloucester County, a member of the First United Baptist Church, and a retired Licensed Practical Nurse. She was the widow of James Elgin Dabney.

Survivors include her children, Jeffrey Dabney and Melody Dabney Countess; nine grandchildren, and one great-grandchild.

Mrs. Dabney will lie in state from 10 a.m. until service time. Burial will be in the Berea Cemetery, White Marsh.
