Lady Dukes fall to Grafton in scrimmage

The Gloucester High School varsity girls’ basketball team fell to Grafton, 91-32, during Monday night’s home scrimmage.
Hannah Horsley and Maddie Rowe scored the most points for Gloucester with seven points apiece, followed by Autumn Cookson with six, Carter Flippin with four, Alyssa Wilson, Jenna Sheesley and Kate Vannoy with two apiece and Chloe Davis and Aaliyah Smith-Boone with one each.
The Lady Dukes will play their first official game of the season Tuesday night at home against Kecoughtan. The game is set to start at 5:30.
