Lady Dukes drop four on the court

The Gloucester High School varsity girls’ basketball team lost four games in recent action.
Gloucester lost to Warwick, 60-22, on the road Dec. 7. Autumn Cookson was the top scorer for Gloucester with 15 points. Other scorers were Rylie Williams with four points and Rylee Amaral with three. Bailey Wilson led the Lady Dukes in rebound with six, followed by Avery Watkins and Alesha Williams with four each and Amaral, Alexis Dishman, Cookson and Rylie Williams with two apiece.
In assists, Alesha Williams had two, while Amaral, Cookson and Watkins had one each. Dishman and Rylie Williams also had two steals each, while Alesha Williams, Amaral, Cookson and Watkins had one steal each. Cookson and Rylie Williams also had one block each.
The Lady Dukes also lost to Jamestown, 75-17, on Dec. 11 at the Lady Eagles’ home court. Cookson scored 15 points and Wilson scored two. Wilson led the way in rebounds for Gloucester with seven, followed by Amaral and Rylie Williams with six each, Alesha Willi...
