Knights face Regulators, Falcons, Colts

The Gloucester Youth Football and Cheer League Knights faced off against the York-Seaford Falcons and 757 Colts over the weekend.
The Gloucester Knights Semi Pro Team defeated the Regulators, 24-6.
The 8U Knights fell to the Falcons, 27-13. Michael Smith led Gloucester in rushing with four carries for 117 yards. On defense, Smith had four tackles, followed by Michael Blasing with two tackles and a forced fumble, and Liam Honeycutt with two tackles.
The 10U Knights fell to the Falcons, 35-0. The 12U Knights also came up short during their game against the Colts, losing 21-6.
The 14U Knights did not fare much better during their match-up against the Colts, falling 22-0. Alijah Cook had 43 yards, Tyrell Daisy had 30 yards, Anthony Starks recorded 39 receiving yards, Jacob Lewis had two sacks and five tackles, and Isaiah Davenport recorded six tackles.
The 12U cheer team named Harper Arntz and Ellie Howard as the most spirited for the first and second halves of the 12U match, respectively....
