The Gloucester Knights youth football/cheerleading fall season is here.
The Knights’ cheer squad gave “an amazing performance” at the Peninsula Youth Football and Cheerleading Organization “cheerboree” on Sunday, Aug. 15, in Newport News, a release stated. Three Gloucester cheer squads represented cheerleaders from ages 5-13 at the event.
This past weekend, the Knights football teams (6U flag, 8U, 10U and 12U) participated in the PYFCO jamboree this past weekend and “put on an incredible performance at all levels,” the release stated.
The regular season kicks off this Saturday at the Warhill Sports Complex as the Knights are set to take on the Williamsburg Hornets.
