Kelly to discuss Lafayette’s legacy Sunday

Robert Kelly, director of the Gloucester Museum of History, will discuss the Lafayette Bicentennial being observed, when the Marquis de Lafayette returned to the United States, on Sunday.
Kelly, who is vice president of the American Friends of Lafayette, will address the Gloucester Historical Society at 2 p.m. in the parish house of Abingdon Episcopal Church at White Marsh.
He will discuss Lafayette’s legacy to the U.S., a history that has connections to Gloucester County.
