On Thursday, July 4, parishioners and friends of Abingdon Episcopal Church in White Marsh gathered to assemble Meals on Wheels for the holiday. Eighty-five homebound residents of Gloucester County received fried chicken dinners, beverages and desserts. Many parishioners donated food, others assembled the meals, and another group took to the roads to deliver the meals.
