Julia Burton “Judy” Healy, 82, of Gloucester, passed away on Saturday, July 15, 2023. She was born in Roanoke, Va., and was the daughter of the late Dr. Calvin and Anne Burton. Judy was a member of Grace Covenant Presbyterian Church and was also a former deacon and had volunteered for 37 years at Riverside Walter Reed Hospital. She loved working with her hands.

She is survived by her husband, Harry M. (Mac) Healy; sister, Susanne Sawyer (George); brothers, Tom Burton (Liz) and Kirk Burton; sons, Tommy Healy (Maria), Mickey Healy (Linda), and Robert Healy (Angela); grandchildren, Bridget Collier (Lynwood), Jeremy Healy (Kim), Cori Healy, Cole Healy (Brittany), Abigail Healy, and Charlie Healy; nine great-grandchildren, and nine great-great-grandchildren.

A graveside service will be held on Friday, July 21, 2023, at 11 a.m. at Windsor Gardens Cemetery, Dutton, Va. Memorial donations may be made to Gloucester Volunteer Fire and Rescue.
