John T. (Wild Bill) Bonniville Sr. passed away on August 13, 2024 peacefully in his Guinea home. His loving memory and love for the water will live on. He was preceded in death by his wife, Ruth Bonniville; his daughter, Cindy Bonniville; his parents, Maynard and Lesbie Bonniville; brothers, Horace Bonniville and Ralph Bonniville; his sisters, Josephine Bonniville and Cathy Copeland. He is survived by his brothers, Rudy Bonniville (Judy) and Kenny Bonniville (Linda Kay); son, Tommy Bonniville (Cathy); daughter, Annette Bonniville, along with six grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren. The family will receive friends on Saturday, August 24, 2024, from 3-4 p.m. at Union Baptist Church in Hayes, Virginia, where a celebration of life will be held at 4 o’clock.
