Jammin’ On The Point, the spring/summer concert series put on by the West Point Chamber of Commerce, will conclude its 2022 season on Sept. 9 with a performance by the local recording artists JNM, from 6-9 p.m.
According to the band’s Facebook page, the name JNM was originally coined to imitate the phrase “Jay and Them” in West Point parlance. The group is fronted by singer/guitarist Jay Camacho of West Point.
The concert, which is open free to the public, will be held on the Town Park Stage on 8th Street, between Kirby and Main streets. Food and drink will be available for purchase, as will Jammin’ On The Point T-shirts and cups. Sponsored by C&F Bank, food vendors for the Sept. 9 show are The Blue Crab and C. Allen Confections.
